Originally I posted a bad review on here. I did not realize it at the time, but I was posting on the wrong dealer's site. My negative experience happened when we were dealing with the dealer out of Farmington MO not this one in Warrenton.

When Steve Doerr saw my review he contacted me about it. After talking with him, he decided to step up and deal with the issues created by a different dealer. He went well out of his way to help us out. He went far above any expectations that we had and he delivered real results in a timely manner. We can't say enough about him or his business. We found that if he gives you his word, you can count on him to do it.

We were going to take our business elsewhere before he got involved. Now, we only want to do business with him. If we have any need for buildings in the future, we will be going to Steve. We value people who do what they say they are going to do in the time frame they say they are going to do it. Steve is one of these people.

The whole experience of getting this beautiful shed on our property was seamless! Steven Doerr at Derkson's Warrenton location was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with him! Lynn, who set up the delivery, and Wes, who delivered the shed, were great with us, also! Our shed was delivered surprisingly fast (15 days!) even though it was a custom shed. The shed itself is beautiful and appears to be well built! Very happy with our shed and the service we received 😃
